Legal agreement for using Signal Pilot indicators.

Welcome to Signal Pilot. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Those who do not agree should not use the service.

1. Service Description

Signal Pilot Labs ("we," "us," or "our") provides TradingView indicators for technical analysis. Our service includes:

• Access to proprietary Pine Script indicators
• Non-repainting signal logic
• Multiple indicator suite options (Starter, Pro, Elite)
• Educational content and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.

2. Eligibility and Account

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to use Signal Pilot.

2.2 TradingView Account

A valid TradingView account is required to use our indicators. Signal Pilot is an independent third-party provider and is not affiliated with TradingView.

2.3 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts
• One subscription = one TradingView username (account sharing is prohibited)
• Immediate notification is required for any unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Available Plans

• Monthly Plan: $99/month subscription (flexible month-to-month)
• Yearly Plan: $699/year subscription (best value)
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment (limited availability, dynamic pricing)

All plans include access to The Elite Seven indicators, all future updates, documentation, and support.

3.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• No refunds for partial periods (see Refund Policy for details)

3.3 Payment Methods

• PayPal: Credit/debit cards via PayPal subscription
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL (manual processing)

3.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Access may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment. Your account will be terminated after 30 days.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Complete details are available in the Refund Policy. Summary:

• 7-Day Refund Window: Full refund if you're not satisfied (first-time purchasers only)
• After 7 Days: No refunds, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
• Lifetime Access: No refunds after 7 days (treat as final purchase)

To cancel, email support@signalpilot.io or manage your PayPal subscription.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share Access: Redistribute, resell, or share your indicator access
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
• Fraudulent Activity: Use stolen payment methods or fake identities
• Abuse Support: Harass, spam, or make excessive support requests
• Commercial Resale: Offer Signal Pilot indicators as part of a paid service without written permission

Violation Consequences: Immediate termination without refund, potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All Signal Pilot indicators, code, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Signal Pilot Labs. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our indicators.

6.2 User Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our indicators
• Remove copyright notices or branding
• Claim our indicators as your own

6.3 Permitted Use

You MAY:

• Use indicators for personal trading analysis
• Share screenshots of charts with our indicators (with credit)
• Discuss functionality in educational contexts

7. Disclaimers and Risk Warnings

7.1 No Financial Advice

Signal Pilot indicators are educational tools. We do NOT provide:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Personalized trading strategies
• Buy/sell signals (indicators show probabilities, not certainties)

7.2 Trading Risks

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge:

• Losses may exceed initial investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• No indicator can predict market movements with certainty
• Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions

7.3 No Guarantees

We make NO guarantees about:

• Profitability or return on investment
• Accuracy of signals or data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

7.4 Independent Research Required

Independent research, risk assessment, and due diligence are recommended. Consultation with a licensed financial advisor is advised before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Signal Pilot Labs is NOT liable for any trading losses, damages, or financial harm
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription
• We are NOT responsible for TradingView platform issues, downtime, or data inaccuracies
• We are NOT liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signal Pilot Labs from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our indicators
• Your trading decisions
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

10. Service Availability

10.1 Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

10.2 TradingView Dependency

Our indicators require TradingView's platform. We are not responsible for TradingView's service availability, policy changes, or technical issues.

10.3 Changes to Indicators

We may update, modify, or discontinue indicators at any time. We'll notify users of major changes.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of Signal Pilot is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We collect minimal data (TradingView username, payment info)
• We do NOT track your trading activity or positions
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share or resell indicator access

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your indicator access will be revoked
• No refund for early termination (except within 7-day window)
• Survival clauses: IP rights, liability limitations, indemnification remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings (except where prohibited by law).

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@signalpilot.io to attempt informal resolution.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Disagreement requires subscription cancellation before changes take effect.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy and Refund Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Signal Pilot Labs.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your subscription. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors.
